📐 Material Yield Analyzer · Sheets per linear inch
▲
Calculate sheet usage per cabinet, separating exterior (premium melamine for fronts/exposed surfaces) from interior (economy melamine for carcass and drawer boxes). Helps you estimate sheets per linear inch and project totals so material costs are predictable.
Cabinet dimensions
Components
Materials (from Materials Database)
EXTERIOR (premium)

INTERIOR (economy)
• bottom (24×24): 576 sq in • back panel (24×36): 864 sq in
1440 sq in →
1 sheet
(raw 0.31) Select a material to see cost
Per linear inch ratios: exterior 0.0208 sheets/in · interior 0.0130 sheets/in · combined 0.0339 sheets/in Cabinet 24" wide: 0.81 raw sheets total → 2 purchased
Select exterior and/or interior material above to enable "Add to Materials".
Project extrapolation
Enter the total linear inches of your project (e.g. 515" for the Master Attic closet) to get a sheet count and material cost estimate based on the per-cabinet ratio above.
For 92 linear inches of project at this cabinet's ratio:
• Exterior: ~1.9 sheets raw → 2 sheets to buy
• Interior: ~1.2 sheets raw → 2 sheets to buy

📋 Auto-context attached to your prompt:Your 376 materials with real costs, 12 installation items, 20 linear categories, and your 20/60/10% margin rates are automatically injected. The AI will use YOUR prices and references instead of inventing.
💼 Materials approach for the AI:
Fast estimate. The AI uses your linear catalog ($/inch per category like Kitchen $16.70, Vanity $18.90) instead of listing materials one by one. Best for quick quotes when you don't need item-level breakdowns.
🪄 Smart Estimate Builder · Quick guided form

Fastest way to get accurate estimates. Fill the fields below for one or more spaces and the system builds a precise prompt with YOUR rates and materials. The AI will then generate the estimate using your linear catalog rates and material database — no guessing.

📐 Type & Dimensions
🎨 Materials
Optional. When checked, the prompt uses the Yield Analyzer snapshot as the material quantity reference. Leave unchecked for fast/manual estimates.
Use only when you want to force components or special fabrication manually. Doors and rod type were removed from the main flow so AI Studio can infer them from the prompt/images.

🧲 Hardware options
🧮 Muëcy labor constants
Leave blank to let the AI use only the fields you fill. Millwork defaults to main linear inches when empty.
🎯 Finish & Paint System
Simple painter calculation: paint sqft × painter rate. Default rate is $15/sqft and remains editable.
The result is sent to AI as Labor Extra, not materials.
🛠 Installation control
Installation rows are sent to the AI as structured references. Any library-only prices are marked manual/library review.

Scope / Notes
All millwork shall be fabricated in accordance with approved shop drawings, material selections, and Muëcy Standard® criteria.
Field dimensions must be verified prior to production. If floors, walls, ceilings, or site conditions are unfinished or not within tolerance, fillers, scribes, and reasonable technical adjustments may be required.
Renderings and visuals are for reference only. Electrical points, low-voltage provisions, LED locations, and appliance clearances must be reviewed and coordinated before production release.
Any work or revision outside the approved scope shall be processed as a change order and may affect cost and lead time.
Lead Time
Lead times begin on the date the initial payment is received.
• 5 days for design development and correction, including up to 2 revisions within the contracted scope.
• 45 business days for fabrication of the project and internal review.
• 10 days for delivery and installation.
Lead times may vary depending on project scope, approvals, site readiness, access conditions, specialty materials, and any approved changes during the process.
Terms & Conditions
Payment terms: 50% deposit upon project approval, 40% due on the day of delivery, and 10% due once the punch list and final walkthrough have been completed and signed off by the client as full project acceptance.
Materials, finishes, and dimensions are subject to final approval before production. Muëcy is not responsible for delays caused by pending approvals, site restrictions, or third-party trades.
Any third-party electrical, plumbing, stone, or related work not contracted directly through Muëcy remains under the responsibility of others.
